Lockdowns impact all of us in different ways. If you are struggling it is so important to seek help. There are many resources you can access if you need support and someone to talk to.

Here are some great resources that are available – 

Talk to your local GP: They can help arrange a Mental Health Plan. These plans give you access to allied health professionals (such as psychologists) through Medicare.
